The purpose of this project was setting up a design identity guideline that distinguishes from other housing complex by applying unique architectural design elements of the new housing brand called ʻNew Plusʼ of Korea Land and Housing Corporation.
By analyzing housing history and social environmental change, Planning Korea extracts concept key word, ʻGrowing Homeʼ accords with the future housing standard of Korea. Arranging design elements to develop a multidimensional and ecological prototype with diverse consumer lifestyle is a basis of the general design identity guideline.
