‘Seoul Culti-polis – The Farming City’
‘Seoul Culti-polis – The Farming City’ is a new concept of the city based on culture and agriculture. The basic concept plan relies on citizen’s participation and sharing through the development plan by phased and combined form. Instead of landscape architecture, the whole site will be planted with wheat and barley and allocated composite buildings which is motif by Korean traditional earthen fortification. The program plan consists of public participant centered by crowd/cloud system through sharing economy. It will encourage each individuals to participate development project by renting Agriculture, Atelier, Restaurant facilities. Foot bridge to connect between Gangnam and Gangbuk(Dooksum) expect a synergy with tourism promotion plan. This area will be a realization of a world tourist icon with a plan that maximize the value of Han river.
“서울컬티폴리스-밀밭위의 도시”
‘서울컬티폴리스-더 파밍시티’는 문화(culture)와 농업(agriculture)을 기반으로 한 새로운 도시 개념이다. 단계별, 조합형 개발계획으로 시민 참여와 공유를 기본 컨셉으로 한다. 전체 사이트가 조경 대신 밀밭과 청보리 밭으로 조성되고, 그 위에 한국의 토성을 모티브로 디자인한 조합형 빌딩을 배치한다. 기존 체육시설들은 포지션을 유지하고 구조를 보강해, 그 건물을 감싸는 산성형태의 건축 디자인으로 계획했다. 강남에서 시작된 MICE, 관광 컨텐츠를 보행자 전용교를 통해 강북(뚝섬)으로 연결해 상호 시너지를 유도하고 도시 확장성을 증대시킨다. 본 사이트를 세계적인 규모의 한강의 가치를 극대화할 수 있는 서울의 관광 아이콘으로 발전시킬 수 있다. 프로그램은 공유경제를 통한 크라우드 방식의 시민참여 계획을 바탕으로 농사, 아뜰리에, 레스토랑 등의 모듈을 임대해 각각의 프로젝트에 시민들이 참여하도록 유도한다. 본 사이트의 MICE 기능 확장을 위한 마리나 시설과 쇼핑 및 컨벤션 시설 계획을 통해 단지 활성화와 관광화를 도모할 것이다.
