이러한 스토리텔러형 건축가들이 생긴 계기는 현대인들이 미래의 믿음을 가져다주는 사람들을 찾고 있기 때문이다. 이들은 컨셉과 이미지들을 통해 커뮤니케이션 마케팅을 한다.
