Gwacheon Florium is for the 3rd generation of flowering plant complex blends flower industry, culture and tourism by emphasizing the 21st century flower distribution program and combining flower related cultural contents such as art, education, recreation and design.
Planning Korea executed a project masterplan and a business plan by composing relaxation and tourism contents for each block of the complex divided by major facilities in flowering plant to be a flower festival place for 365 days.
